About Francesca:
Francesca is a Solicitor in our Compensation Protection Unit team based out of our Bath office.
Francesca focuses on supporting professional Deputies in managing the affairs of clients, specifically those with brain injuries and mental health challenges.
Francesca focuses on building relationships with clients and their support networks, working collaboratively with families, therapists, and care teams to ensure client needs are met. Francesca’s work is centered on practical guidance that supports her clients’ well-being and unique circumstances.
Francesca graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Law, before going on to complete a Masters in Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Francesca is involved in the following work:
- Managing compensation awards, overseeing periodical payments, and assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Preparing applications to the Court of Protection
- Considering benefits and ensuring clients receive all benefits they are entitled to
- Assisting in the purchase and adaptation of properties to meet individual needs
- Supporting clients through in-depth legal research
- Assisting in day-to-day management of client’s finances
- Collaborating with litigation teams, providing support when required
