Ellen is a Solicitor specialising in serious and catastrophic injury claims including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and complex orthopaedic injuries. Ellen also specialises in helping clients pursue claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) where there has been a “hit and run” or where the driver was uninsured and where clients have sustained a mild traumatic brain injury.
Ellen has worked at RWK Goodman since 2017 joining as a Paralegal before completing her studies to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and subsequently a Solicitor.
Prior to joining RWK Goodman Ellen worked for a national law firm with experience in claims involving claimant’s employers and assaults perpetrated by a third party. For example, in her previous role, she was part of a ‘civil assault’ team working on claims involving assaults on health staff by vulnerable adults, on prison staff by prisons and on teachers by pupils.
