About Edward
Edward is a partner in the London Corporate team.
He represents UK and international corporates, investors and owners on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, inward investments, fundraisings & private equity, corporate structures and group reorganisations. He has particular experience in the technology and media sectors, where he has advised on a number of high profile transactions.
Edward is also a member of RWK Goodman’s partnership committee and chair of its remuneration committee. He was Goodman Derrick’s senior partner prior to its merger with RWK Goodman.
