Cydney has advised a variety of clients, from financial institutions to high net worth individuals on a range of general commercial and contractual disputes, as well as regulatory matters and international arbitrations. Cydney’s experience also spans specialised sectors, including retail, governmental, and technology disputes. She has also assisted her clients in securing freezing injunctions and other forms of interim relief.

Cydney has worked on cross-border matters involving multiple jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Malta, British Overseas Territory and the broader Middle Eastern region.

Cydney undertook a secondment in the Global Intellectual Property Team at a publicly listed company where she gained valuable experience in creating and protecting soft IP rights.
