About Ben:

Ben is an Associate in our Private Client team, based out of our Oxford office.

Ben specialises in providing confidence and peace of mind to clients in relation to their personal affairs by helping them to put in place Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and by advising on Probate applications and Estate Administration.

He graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in English Literature in 2006 before going on to complete his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham from 2006-2008.

Ben worked at Turpin & Miller LLP in Oxford for two years before starting his training contract with Thomas Eggar LLP in 2010. Ben qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and continued to work for Thomas Eggar LLP and then Irwin Mitchell LLP.

Ben joined HMG Law LLP in 2018 and transferred across to RWK Goodman LLP in February 2026 as part of the merger of the two firms.
