Before entering the legal world she built up extensive HR experience in the public and private sector working for SME businesses in the property, financial services and construction sectors.
Her role spans all aspects of HR to include leadership and management development, change management, reward and recognition, talent attraction and development and performance management.
Amanda chairs the CRS leadership group and is integral to the design and implementation of wellbeing and diversity & inclusion strategies.
She has been a key contributor in embedding a people focussed culture at RWK Goodman and is proud to have been part of the firm when they achieved 5 consecutive years of recognition for staff engagement in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work for listing.
