WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK FOR THOMAS BATES & SON LTD BETWEEN 1966 AND 1970?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of a gentleman who has sadly developed and died from mesothelioma.

We are investigating how the gentleman may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked for Thomas Bates & Son Ltd between 1966 and 1970, during which time the gentleman worked for Thomas Bates & Son Ltd as an apprentice carpenter.

The gentleman’s family are therefore appealing to anyone who worked for Thomas Bates & Son Ltd as a carpenter during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work they did for the company, and/or the work carried out by Thomas Bates & Son Ltd more generally.
