WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED, BASED IN DERBY OR COVENTRY, BETWEEN 1968 AND 1975?

DID YOU KNOW MR MICHAEL BURNFORD?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of Mr Michael Burnford who sadly passed away from the asbestos related disease of mesothelioma.

We are investigating how Mr Burnford may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked for Rolls-Royce Limited, particularly between 1968 and 1975.

Mr Burnford worked for Rolls-Royce Limited as an apprentice mechanical engineer at the Mickleover Training School in Derby and also worked in the Coventry plant where he worked in departments including the Drawing Department, Design Department, Test and Production Department and the Repair and Development Department.

We are appealing to anyone who worked for Rolls-Royce Limited during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Mr Burnford did for Rolls-Royce Limited, and/or the working conditions at Rolls-Royce Limited. Specifically, we are interested to hear from anyone who remembers the presence of asbestos at Rolls-Royce Limited.

Michael Burnford used to have a dark blue Lotus Elite (the same as the one pictured, but in dark blue) at the time he worked for Rolls-Royce Limited.
