WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK FOR ROC ROBINSON, ROBERT LEONARD HOLDINGS OR GEORGE WIMPEY & CO?

Posted in Mesothelioma

DID YOU KNOW MICHAEL DAVIS?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Michael Davis who sadly developed and died from mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer.

We are investigating how Mr Davis may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked for the following companies in Essex/South East England:

  • Roc Robinson between 1959 and 1966/67;
  • Robert Leonard Holdings between 1971/72 and 1972/73;
  • George Wimpey & Co Limited between 1966/67 and 1996/97.

Whilst employed by Robert Leonard Holdings, Mr Davis specifically worked on a project building a block of flats called Waters Edge in Southend.

During his employment with George Wimpey & Co, Mr Davis worked on a number of sites, including as contract at Tile Kiln Farm Housing Estate in Chelmsford (between 1966 and 1970).

Mr Davis’ family is appealing to anyone who worked for the above named companies during the relevant periods to come forward to tell us what they remember. We are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who can recall the use of asbestos on the sites, who worked directly with Mr Davis or who worked on the same contracts as Mr Davis.
