WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK FOR FISHER & LUDLOW/BRITISH LEYLAND IN WEST BROMWICH? DID YOU WORK WITH JOE SMYTH?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by a client whose father has recently died from mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer.

Patrick Joseph Smyth, known as Joe, worked as a welder at Fisher & Ludlow, later British Leyland, in Castle Bromwich between about 1959 and 1980.  We are investigating the circumstances in which he would have come into contact with asbestos.

Our client is appealing to anyone who may have worked at Fisher & Ludlow/British Leyland at the relevant time to come forward and tell us what they remember about the environment and whether those working there may have been exposed to asbestos.
