WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK FOR ANY OF THE COMPANIES BELOW IN THE 1960s/70s?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late William Marlow who sadly developed and died from mesothelioma, an asbestos-related cancer.

We are investigating how William may have come into contact with asbestos during his working life. We are interested in speaking to anyone who may have worked with William at these companies:

  • Garrett J & Son Ltd between 1967 - 1970
A building company where William worked on building sites as a labourer, including demolition of a bank in Bromley.
  • Garton Sons & Co Ltd in 1967/68
A sugar works in Battersea where William worked as a boiler man.
  • Standard Telephones and Cables Ltd between 1970 – 1982
A manufacturer of telephone and telecommunications related equipment, where William worked as a wireman.

Mr Marlow's family are appealing to anyone who worked at the companies at the relevant time or worked with William to come forward and tell us what they remember.
