Withy King specialist wins Bath Solicitor of the Year

Ali Cloak, a solicitor in the Medical Negligence team at Withy King, won the coveted title at the Bristol Law Society Awards at the Marriott Hotel recognising the value and contribution of Bath law firms to the largest legal community outside London. The award, presented by leading legal commentator Joshua Rozenberg, is given to “an exceptional solicitor who has made an outstanding contribution either to their firm, client work or the legal sector in Bath”.

Ali trained at Withy King and manages a varied and wide caseload on high value and complex cases involving intricate medico-legal issues. She also represents families at inquest hearings and in subsequent civil claims for compensation.
