Withy King advises high quality aggregates supplier on sale to industry giant

Withy King helped to negotiate the deal on behalf of Glyn Woolley and Ed Reed whose company PSV (UK) Limited owned the sole and exclusive rights to the premium quality aggregate from Tan y Foel Quarry in Welshpool, Powys that was used in asphalt for anti skid road applications.

Then, after many years of successful trading, to be able to sell the company to Breedon Aggregates is quite a success story. I was very pleased that Withy King was able to use its experience and skills to support Glyn and Ed to realise the final chapter.”
