Withy King acquires local law firm

One of Oxfordshire’s fastest growing law firms has acquired a local practice in a move that will further strengthen its service to clients.

Withy King, which has offices in Oxford, Abingdon and Thame, has acquired Whetter Duckworth Fowler led by partners John Whetter and Peter Duckworth, and based in Wheatley.

Whetter Duckworth Fowler is known locally for its work in the field of Wills and inheritance tax, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection as well as residential and commercial property conveyancing.

The acquisition was completed on 29 November 2013.
