Successful advice on the sale of ALH Systems

The team from our Swindon office advised the directors at ALH Systems based at Northacre Industrial Estate in Westbury on the sale, which was completed recently for an undisclosed sum.

The deal was led by partner and head of the corporate law team, Richard Baxter, and corporate lawyer, Rishi Ladwa.

ALH Systems, which has a turnover of £6m and employs 37 staff in Westbury, supplies formulated polyurethane and epoxy encapsulants, adhesives, sealants and potting compounds to the gas industry as well as the construction and electronics sectors.

The company has been acquired by Indutrade Group which is headquartered in Sweden and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. It owns approximately 180 companies worldwide.
