RWK Goodman completes sale of historic Bristol hotel

Lawyers from RWK Goodman’s Leisure and Hospitality team acted for the sellers of Henbury Lodge Hotel in Bristol in a deal which was completed on Friday 9 December for an undisclosed sum.

RWK Goodman’s clients have sold the 20-bedroom hotel which occupies an historically-significant Grade II listed building in Henbury, Bristol dating back to the 1600s, to a local buyer. The new buyer has retained the Henbury Lodge management team and staff of 16 people.

Caroline Entwistle, head of RWK Goodman’s Leisure and Hospitality team, said: “It was a pleasure to work with our clients to secure a swift and successful sale within the agreed timescales to a local business. The property has great character and was voted the top hotel in Bristol on TripAdvisor so its appeal is easy to see.”
