RWK Goodman shortlisted at South West Dealmakers Awards
RWK Goodman have been nominated in the categories 'Corporate Law Firm of the Year' and 'Medium-sized Deal of the Year' in the South West Dealmakers Awards by Insider Media.
Corporate Law Firm of the Year is awarded to the firm which has had the most outstanding year advising on M&A in the South West. The Medium-sized Deal of the Year is for transactions between £10m - £25m and RWK Goodman's nomination was for its work advising on the management buy-out of Rygor, the UK’s largest Mercedes-Benz commercial franchise partner.

Insider Media say 2022 was a record year for deals in the South West of England and this was reflected in the volume of submissions for the Awards, with more than 100 entries covering deal transactions from the last 12 months.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony in Bristol on Thursday 29 June 2023.
