RWK Goodman strengthens Retail sector team
The Retail team at RWK Goodman, whose clients include Monsoon Accessorize, Smyths Toys and Scribbler, has announced the appointment of property lawyer Amie Dee.
Amie joins RWK Goodman’s London-based team from Steele Raymond LLP where she acted for retail landlords and tenants on a wide range of issues, including acquisitions and disposals of premises, expansions, relocations, lease renewals, surrenders, licences and re-gears.
She has acted for numerous brands over the years, including Footlocker, New Look and Specsavers and has been involved in high profile deals, such as advising the largest Costa Coffee franchise in the South of the UK on new site acquisitions.
