RWK Goodman Deals with the Logistics of Transport Company Purchase
A Blackburn-based transport group has acquired a family-run logistics business, with advice and support from RWK Goodman.
RWK Goodman acted for OTIF Holdings Limited, which is owned by entrepreneur Graham Darnell, on its purchase of Adam Jones & Sons Group and its associated company RH Baggott Limited. The West Midlands-based business has been in the same family for over 100 years, providing transportation, pallet distribution, warehousing and logistics.
RWK Goodman’s corporate lawyers Katharine Mortimer and Ed Chapman, Real Estate lawyer Richard Gorham and Employment lawyer Tim Gofton worked closely with their client to get the deal over the line.

Corporate finance specialists Watersheds acted for the buyer while funding was provided by RBS and Haydock Finance.
