Real Estate team advise on pre-lets at Grove Business Park

Two units in Block B have been pre-let to Astrosystems Limited, an existing occupier at Grove Business Park looking to expand into modern purpose built premises. GBP1 is part of the approved scheme to construct ten office and business units totalling 36,000 sq ft with completion due in summer 2019.

The successful pre-let at GBP1 follows on from the recent pre-let of Aspect House to NFU Mutual which is looking to expand its Oxfordshire-based team. As part of its planned £40m regeneration programme, Grove Business Park is transforming Aspect House to create 11,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation.

Richard Lyall, project director at Grove Business Park, said: "We are delighted to welcome such a high quality UK business making a long term commitment to Grove Business Park. This underpins our position as a serious player amongst other Oxfordshire business parks.

"We continue with our ambitious development plans, investing in the park's future in order to retain and attract more businesses to this thriving community."

Paul Daniels, Real Estate partner at RWK Goodman, commented: "These pre-lets at Grove Business Park demonstrate the demand in the area for high quality commercial premises in the Wantage area and confirms our client’s commitment to further investment in the Park."
