Our private client team continues to expand
Edward Vidnes, a solicitor with a special interest in elderly people and incapacity issues, has joined our expanding Private Client team as a Senior Associate from Burningham & Brown, where he worked for over 10 years. Edward specialises in Wills, estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as elderly and incapacity issues such as Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts.
“One of the things I enjoy most about working in law is being able to help people through what are often difficult periods in their lives,” said Edward. “I enjoy getting to know my clients, demystifying the law and its processes, and providing practical, helpful advice and support when they need it most.”
Edward’s appointment follows that of private client partner, Becky Ricards Small, who recently joined us from Thrings.
Working as part of a large team led by partner James McNeile based at Northumberland Buildings, Queen Square, Edward is involved in all aspects of Will drafting, estate planning and administration, including lifetime gifts and inheritance issues, probate applications, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Deputy applications and management.
