FCS Computer Systems EMEA Ltd has expanded its Wiltshire base, moving from serviced offices in central Swindon to a 1,130 sq ft (105 sq m) purpose-built unit at Kembrey Park.
The company, which currently employs seven people in Swindon, is part of a global company with a presence in 28 countries. It has worked with over 4,000 hotels and dealt with over 6,000 installations in 32 countries.
Commenting on the move, Eric Rogers, Regional Head at FCS in Swindon, said: “FCS has more than doubled our size in the UK in the last twelve months, and with our new offices we have room for continued expansion. We chose Swindon as it is within easy reach of Heathrow and London, and Kembrey Park provides an ideal business environment for us. Our new offices give us the chance to run training courses and presentations in our own premises, and clearly show our commitment to grow our business here in EMEA.”
“We’ve enjoyed working with FCS and were pleased to help them secure larger offices to accommodate the company’s growing workforce,” said Greg Callard, a solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Withy King in Swindon. “Kembrey Park is proving to be a sought-after location for businesses looking for modern premises in a well-established setting with good road and rail links and close to Swindon’s amenities.”
