RWK Goodman appoints new Corporate and Commercial solicitor in Oxford

Jennifer Sampson has joined RWK Goodman’s Corporate and Commercial team in Oxford as a solicitor.

She joins RWK Goodman from Harrison Clark Rickerbys in Cheltenham.

Jenni deals with all aspects of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, share buybacks, restructuring and investments, as well as wider business support, such as advising on contractual terms and drafting agreements.

Commenting on her appointment, Jenni said: “I am really pleased to be part of a growing team which has such a great reputation in Oxford. The local market is buoyant and we are seeing lots of activity across the board, particularly in the medical, science and technology sectors which have ongoing intellectual property requirements.”

She continued: “This is a challenging time for Oxfordshire businesses, not least of all because of the number of changes to legislation which have compliance implications for companies. Not all directors are aware of the new regulatory requirements so for those that are unsure, it’s worth checking with their legal advisers."
