Consumer law has changed rapidly over the past few years, whether by virtue of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or otherwise.

It is important that businesses keep abreast of changes to the law regarding terms and conditions and keep theirs under review. Failure to do so could result in issues enforcing the terms and potentially investigation and enforcement action by the Competition and Markets Authority.
