Medical negligence specialist joins our team in Oxford

Lucy, who specialises in cases involving birth-related injuries to mothers and babies, fatalities and stillbirths, spinal injuries, cardiac and orthopaedic claims, joins Withy King from Boyes Turner.

“I am delighted to have joined Withy King and to be working with some of the profession’s most respected medical negligence practitioners,” said Lucy. “Although I cannot give someone back their health or their loved one, I can help make their lives better by securing the compensation needed for their care, therapy, specialist equipment or housing adaptations which can make all the difference. I also believe my role is to give clients a voice and get them answers which they may not have had without investigating a claim.”

Lucy is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme. She also holds Litigator status with APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).

When she’s not working, Lucy spends her time looking after three young children and enjoys watching rugby, reading and visiting France.
