In Lincolnshire County Council v Lupton the EAT has held that the Tribunal did not properly address the practicability of ordering the Claimant to be re-engaged. It had merely ordered that the Claimant be employed in a role “comparable to” the role from which she was dismissed, which lacked sufficient detail and precision to enable the Order to be properly exercised.
