This Social Care HR Leaders Network session will provide insights on how HR leaders in the sector can successfully guide an organisation through two key areas of complex transformation: (i) tech and AI adoption and (ii) growth through mergers and acquisitions.

We are delighted to be joined by Kin&Co, a leading UK culture transformation consultancy who work with social sector organisations including the NHS, University of Cambridge, Guys & St Thomas Foundation, L&Q, MS Society and the RSPCA, on how to unlock high performance through cultural change.
