Social Care HR Leaders Network | Leading through fundamental reform to workplace relations
This Social Care HR Leaders Network session will provide an opportunity to learn and share ideas on (i) managing the new right of trade union access and reforms to formal recognition and collective bargaining, developing a trade union strategy, negotiating access and collective bargaining agreements; and (ii) an update on the Fair Pay Agreement from those involved in its development and implementation.
