Withy King helps Swindon Commercial Services Limited to enhance its offering

Swindon Commercial Services Limited (SCS) has enhanced its renewable energy offering, following the acquisition of Cirencester-based plumbing and heating business DW Dunn Limited.

A fast developing sustainable energy solution provider and subsidiary of Swindon Borough Council, SCS secured the purchase of DW Dunn with the help of Withy King's corporate lawyers to structure the deal.

Andrew Sims, Business Development Director at SCS, explained: “Demand for sustainable and renewable energy services is set to grow over the long term particularly for domestic properties and SCS needed to expand both its capability and capacity to offer a wider range of energy related services to our clients. Acquiring DW Dunn enables us to reach a wider client base and self deliver a greater volume of sustainable energy and heating installations for our customers than we were previously able to do.”
