About Rachel
Rachel has many years' experience of handing personal injury claims makes her the ideal first point of contact for new clients. Clients are reassured by her breadth of experience in handling all types of personal injury claims, as well as her clarification of the “no win, no fee” service which the Personal Injury team offer following numerous changes and restrictions to personal injury funding brought in by the Government since 2013.
She has considerable experience in assisting people who have suffered:
- Road traffic accidents where they weren’t to blame, including motorcycle, cycle and pedestrian claims (as well as Motor Insurers’ Bureau cases involving uninsured or untracable drivers);
- Injuries from working in the vehicle recovery and breakdown sector and the various equipment and hazards that involves;
- Injuries due to tripping and slipping accidents on pavements and highways, and in retail shops, supermarkets and other premises;
- Injuries due to accidents at work.
