About Hannah

Hannah is an associate in the Real Estate team. She has experience in a broad range of commercial property transactions working with investors, developers and occupiers.

Hannah graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Medical Science before transitioning to law and obtaining a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She joined the Real Estate team at Goodman Derrick in 2017 having trained and qualified in the West End of London.

Hannah advises on the acquisition and disposal of development and investment properties, negotiation of commercial lettings and estate management. Her experience includes acting for developers of residential and mixed-use development schemes as well as serviced-office providers.
