About Devon

Devon is a Paralegal in our Dental negligence team, based in our Bath office.

Devon joined RWK Goodman in 2023 as a Paralegal in our Dental Negligence team after graduating from The University of Reading with a degree in law. Devon has passed the Solicitor’s Qualifying Exam 1 (SQE1) and is studying for SQE2 with a Master of Laws (LLM) alongside working at the firm.

Devon has managed to secure compensation for clients which have experienced (but not limited to):

  • A failure to diagnose infection which resulted in hospital attendance.
  • A substandard extraction resulting in an oral antral communication (OAC)
  • A Claimant who sustained scarring to their lower lip following a Defendant’s failure to exercise reasonable care and skill when using dental instruments during root canal treatment.

After going through months of treatment, I was left in pain, distress, very unhappy and not knowing what to do I contacted the Dental Negligence team... and never looked back. Devon was with me all the step of the way I was always kept informed and guided with the information she needed and so very happy with what she done for me and the outcome.
