Belinda Copland

In her media law practice, she deals with all aspects of non-contentious and compliance work relating to television content and broadcasting. She also advises on a wide variety of media law matters including: defamation, contempt, breach of privacy, copyright and breach of confidence. She also advises on relevant statutory and regulatory regimes.

Belinda has extensive experience in the making of film and TV current affairs and documentary programming, and has worked as a programme lawyer within ITV Compliance. She has also spent time on secondment at a major advertising agency as acting General Counsel.
